Battlestar Galactica Alpha 0.3 upload. Expect minimal bugs in this release. Changelog: Fixed a bug with the carrier not showing up in designs. Fixed a bug with the cylon basetar not being design properly. Fixed a few typos in the character names and such. Added in a new intel agent to the humans. Added in new design names to the humans.
