Install in an empty folder. Put a duke3d.grp copy inside and run DNF.BAT. Software mode is recommended but Polymost is also supported. Do not replace...

Hey just wondering...but would it be possible to get Duke's original Desert Eagle in there?
Or just give him a custom weapon of his own in this mod that stands out and says "Hey I'm Duke Nukem, and I have a bad *** arsenal"

I'm happy to see it as part of the best mods, I'm hoping that the future of FPS will follow these mods and make a new trend ...

I've got a lotta fun playing this awesome mod. The lvls are incredibles (I'm not an expert but I didn't think great maps of that kind could even be done with the build engine, even nowadays).

I love the fact that you used some elements of the differents trailers of DNF to build something that has the true spirit of Duke Nukem 3D (and not the not so funny jokes of DNF 2011).

Thanks, great job for a great idea.

So I'm getting some weird issues with dynamic lights with this older version of Eduke32, but there seems to be no way of disabling them without enabling polymer, which is incompatible with this mod. Am I just missing something? I don't want to use software because the perspective skewing is very uncomfortable for me to look at.

There shouldnt be dynamic lights without polymer. Would you describe your problem with more detail?

Sorry for the delay. Basically there are most certainly dynamic lights for gun flashes, which look absolutely awful in polymost. The only way to fix it is enabling Vsync, which adds mouse lag.

But you shouldn´t use Polymost in first place. Have you read the readme?

Firstly, you're missing the entire point of the mod; it's meant to represent what a sequel to DN3D would have looked like if made in 1997.
Secondly, what you're suggesting has already been done for a while now:

This was amazing! The first level starts off a bit slow, and besides the new art and a few references played like an ordinary Duke 3D level (although the view from the top of the lady killer is stunning) and there's good atmosphere. After you get the bike, there's a bit of a turning point and gameplay starts becoming more ambitious and interesting, plus all the references, both in-your-face and the smaller ones, and the obvious/exact replicas as well as ideas/locations etc which are only loosely…
