This DLC was simply amazing. Seriosuly awesome work, the detail and level design is incredibly satisfying and immersive, you all do a great justice to Duke Nukem and have surpassed anything that was delivered in the real Duke Nukem Forever. This is just too brilliant for words! :D
Playing through this a second time, I think I should gove a shout out to the epic and wonderful motorbike level through the city streets. The city designs and building details cant go un-noticed or un-appreciated. I had a good time using the jetpack to go searching for secrets and easter eggs, I was glad to find some just like your DNF mod, which also had an abundance of wonderful easter egges and secrets *no spoilers*
Seeing as this is labelled as your 'first' DLC level pack, I can only hope that with time you will be able to produce more, as these levels are of the highest quality I have ever seen.
Would you mind being able to tell me where you got the music from? They were just awesome to hear in game.
Hello Crypdidical!
I'm davox and I've made the motorcycle and stadium maps. I'm very glad you liked it and it's because of words like yours that I love making maps!
The music in that map is from CursedLemon, go to his youtube channel to find much more renditions from other games. He's got an older version of the music uploaded though... but in the video description there's a link to the updated version (he reworked it specifically for this dlc! isn't that awesome?).
For some reason, Voxels stop working (sprite just says ebike) with Eduke32 on Linux if I use the dlcshotgun.def. :P But other than that little nitpick, best damn DLC to the best DNF remake ever created. :D
Awesome levels ! Thoses are the best I've ever played for Duke Nukem.
I've played the motorcycle level on foot with the dnkrow and dnclip just for fun and I've discovered plenty details not seen at first time. This remembered why I still love DNukem 3D for fifteenth years : quick and intense brainless action with great level design full of funny details and jokes.
The Stadium level is also excellent, funny and rich. It is what should be done for DNF 2011.
Thanks for your kind words, whoever you are!. Yes, I've tried to add detail to the motorcycle map even if you can't really see it while riding the bike. There used to be much more detail but I ended up short of sprites and walls so I had to go back and deleted stuff to add more rooms and such :)
I just now finished the DLC and I have to say that it is some of the highest quality work I have EVER seen for Duke Nukem 3d! You've done this game and the Duke name proud! Your music choice was especially fantastic! Unlike some of the music in the main games levels unfortunately, the music here NEVER got annoying after 10 minutes on repeat! I really liked the last level the most, despite the bike level being on a whole other level of EPIC! And the final battle with the waves of enemies and the final boss was a stroke of genius! I had full 100% health and armor and that bastard was a one-shot killer! I loved every minute of it!
What was the music for the final level and when will you follow up with a new DLC pack?
Keep up the fantastic work!
This DLC has been made by Davox and Micky C. They haven´t worked on the original mod but wanted to contribute to it with these great maps. I think Davox got an artist to do that music you mention specially for his level. About future DLCs, I doubt that´s gonna happen, I personally have made some little work for a future update for the mod, but it´s far from being worth an update.
In Eduke32 you can have up to 10 different savegames, and there´s no autosave on this mod. So: No, it won´t mess with your savegames unless you mess with them.
I was replaying the DLC for the second time, but this time the motorbike level ends with a ctd as soon as the "duke victory screen" appears. Have you got any idea about the why?
Edit: for anyone wondering, I solved the issue by changing the renderer to "software" inside graphic options, from 32 bit opengl.
Then I switched once again the renderer as soon as the new level loaded.
Good evening, I know I am kinda late. But I discovered this mod kinda recently. My specific question: I run Linux Ubuntu Mate 22.04 on a Raspbwerry Pi 4B and I compiled eduke32 for it, but when I try to run this mod it just reports a huge list of errors on the console till the program finally aborts. The eduke32.exe that comes with this mod is specifically compiled for DNF? Is there a Linux version or the possibility to compile eduke32 for DNF mod similar to what you can do with AMCTC? Thank you

Thank you for your work dude! Several hours of ultimate fun is priceless.
omg, an Addon ! you guys are amazing
is there a way to turn on the hud? the dlc is super difficult and I really want to play it but I suck!
Hit the minus key (not the one in the numpad).

Words can not describe how awesome this DLC is! Really takes the mod to a whole new level of experience, I mean, this bike level, OH MY GOD :D
Music is also awesome, especially in level 2 and 3!
I don't want to spoil anything but the 2nd level of the "DLC" might be one of if not the best Duke3D levels ever created.

Great work and thanks for the gaming experience !

I am ******* amazed with this DLC, and particularly music. A HUGE thanks to the authors of both the mod and the DLC itself.
this addon is awsome
Hail to the king baby!!!!!!!
I wanna ask, if I download this DLC, will it mess with my save files? I just started playing and I didn't wanna start over.

I never heard of Duke Nukem forever before...
Wow this is a great set of DLC, I really enjoyed playing this, Thank you so much for this!!!
This DLC is utter ****. Too many monsters, too little ammo, and the new shotgun looks ugly.
I'm In the process of modifiying the maps to be playable, and removing that shotgun. Or, not.
