this one is pretty effin cool
yeh its not that choppy in game, but still not super smooth modern day animation, its good enuff for a 13 year old engine though
This looks quite cool but it runs way too slow on my computer. As a benchmark Crysis 2 plays well on high settings so clearly something is wrong :\
Thought I'd mention the Eduke.con file should be replaced with the new one having a huge performance boost. (by Mueslsa) I added that to my original download. DanM, did you include that with this release?
I will post that as the performance patch tonight
I need to supply it separately because of the way it works. Also whilst it may improve fps on lower end systems, people who can already run it well enough may not be happy about the reduced quality.
That's right, it is optional.
the polymer renderer while still 2 years old still needs alot more work, so it has heavy requirements
but hey if you or someone you know is some uber rendering programmer we could probably use your help or advice so head over duke4.net

often a lot of lag it's not good

dude the textures in the zip and the exe are broken i cant play eternity
