clearly it's a metaphor for socialized health care. Clearly!
guess we'll have to play the game to understand... :S
Oh i see , you have to switch realities to walk on the blue or red blocks.
But when you do it the green ghost becomes you and mimics after you.
If you make him fall you die , if you fall you die.
And you have to get that jetpack in the corner to finish the level. B)
