Doom Reborn is a total conversion of the original Doom Series. Our goal is to recreate the original Doom & Doom 2 in the idTech4 engine with new textures and new models of the original weapons and monsters with the maps redone and retextured. We also want to bring back the orignal doom music along with the sounds remade in a higher quality. Doom Reborn is and always will be a non profit project. I hope that you will enjoy the project as much as we will enjoy making it for you.

This is a very early screenshot my friend Robert McCallister gave me of the plasma gun hes been working on,

I hope he can get it done in the end because I believe it is looking well.

But keep in mind it may not make it in the game in the end, because he is still learning how to use 3ds max 2015 and how to do his textures and animations,
And thats not taking into consideration the script&def files related to the model for the game to work with,

I'm sharing this image for 2 reasons,

1. I will be trying to ensure the model can make it into the game

2. This image can be used as reference to show people what we hope to achieve in the end when we remake\replace the weapons

We are looking for weapon modelers and scripters who think they can take on this task of accurately remaking\animating the original Doom weapons preferably someone who can take care of there own scripts for there own models since its hard to explain to certain modelers that things need to be done in a certain way for things to work or large sections of the model\animations needs to be removed or completely scraped. :(
