Foregoing the storyline, as it's a DOOM-like game. It doesn't need a story, other than demons, big guns, and lots of firepower.

Its a minor quake produced by the Cyberdemon's steps. Very intimidating when it's chasing you. SFX and visual effects add to the Cyberdemon's already proportionate size.
