Dominion of the Sword is an ambitious project aimed at making a Supermod, we have a large team made up of several contributing mods as well as our own dedicated staff. The mod aims to maximize the possibilities in the M2TW engine to make a game with realism, historical accuracy and playability. Most of all we are concentrating on an atmospheric and fully immersible experience of medieval warfare and rulership.

NOTE: This version of the mod is highly unstable and prone to crashes, it is not intended as a fully playable game. We are constantly working on all aspects...

Yes this looks amazing. Shame it's dead. (Correct me if I'm wrong devs)

I have been to said link at TWCentre but nothing new was on there thats not already on here. Take into account the fact that the last update was the 2nd preview video in June 09 and well it's gotta be dead.

At least Shogun 2 is coming out soon.

Damn! It looked so great! Well I have a good Idea how not mods die, I think all total war mod develepoers for example cooperate at the same time to make any total war mod so this will reduce time. Same goes for C&C mods and others. This will make mods even better or make a super-mod that will be ONE-MUST MOD. Imagine 500 mod developers work together, they can even make the way damage taken to a unit( front, sides, back) better.

This mod looks really smart, definately gonna give this a go when fully completed. You talk of several other mod teams. So what are the 3 other mods integrated into this one?
