Actually we bought rights to 'Distant Hope' back in Jan '06 (which is 7 months before your picture was added).
You have 24 hours breathing space to remove the infringement, or we will be taking legal action.

As reply to both D3@DM4N and Harimau below, When we have our something representative of what we want our final product that displays gameplay mechanics you'll see videos, screenshots, and descriptions of such, but until we reach that point you'll be seeing concepts, concept models, concept art, UI mock-ups, and development tech demos and development mapping screen shots. So all in all, sit back, and enjoy the ride, I'm assuming you both have our mod set to watch, so you'll be notified when we've added something!
Dude that is great storyline, im very impressed! Umm if you guys have any soldiers finished id love to see, what will game play be like? can there be large battles, cuz like in Terminator when this happend only 500,000,000 people were killed leaving 5,500,000,000 left. so what im getting at is REALLY BIG BATTLES! please :D?

i would apply but it says you must use 3ds max and i use xsi (i also cant texture (just yet))
all in all, you should apply anyway if you have something you think you can contribute.

Actually that was a stipulation placed when someone else posted up that application thing before having the rest of the staff read what was going to be posted. Any modeling applications supported by the Source engine are welcome.
