A 7 part series of maps in the destroyed/overgrown style, explore and puzzle in the ruins of the Aperture Laboratories as you try to escape. Puzzles will be of mostly Medium/Hard difficulty, no ninja moves required. It should take around 2-3 hours to complete. You can download the collection from the workshop
Im very pleased to have been spotlighted, I hope to be able to get started on my new series soon but I'm busy helping out with Portal Stories: Mel at the minute. I hope I can make even better content in the future.
I do have plans for a new sequel series to Dilapidation, currently im calling it Reconstruction (Yea im not great with cool names xD) You have woken GLaDOS up, but perhaps she wont just let you walk out the front door :p I hope to have some new content and information for you in the coming months.
Thanks for all the support, especially the thinking with portals community.
Full release of Dilapidation, simply extract the files using 7-zip or equivalent, hope you enjoy this 7 part series. You can also download the collection...
Only minor bug (I think) in part 4:
In the third room (with transport beam behind deadly field, you need 2 cubes to access the room) you don't really need the light bridge, you can jump to the beam from cube-calling button (yes, you can actually stand on it), so maybe you should place beam source higher along with the button on the opposite wall?
Spoiler text?
or how?
This is just awesome! Very well organized puzzles, involving thinking the big level as the whole, not just room by room, that what I liked most, thank you!
Very beautiful images! Everything is destroyed)
Do I put it in the sourcemods folder?
Just put the map files in \steamapps\common\portal 2\portal2_dlc2\maps
Or just click the link to the workshop collection and play from there
Awesome mappack! 10/10 from me! Thanks for creating! ;D
Didn't know you could make your own custom levels in Portal 2 (I don't mean that kiddie bite size editor they give you.)
Or am I missing something?
You are missing ALL OF IT go to steam get portal atoring tools and ther a SDK for portal2
Hammer is available for all source games, it is the same tool Valve uses.
If you own Portal 2 through Steam, go to the tools section in your library and look for the Portal 2 Authoring Tools (it might say beta, either way, that's the version you want)
