"Deus Ex: Man in Black" follows the story of Agent Q, Majestic-12's first nano-augmented MIB agent. Set one month after the death of Bob Page, "Man in Black" will allow players to fight alongside the conspirators of Majestic-12 as they wage a hidden war against the Illuminati. However, in a world of intrigue and conspiracy, where allies become sudden enemies and friends carry out their own secret agendas, nothing is what it seems...
As Agent Q, players will be able to upgrade their abilities through nano-augmentation and upgrade canisters. For those of you who are wondering what the status might be on Man in Black, I am here to post an update:Interest and work in the project has remained steady over the year, but unfortunately several "real world" crises have devoured almost all of my creative energy. I am still 100% committed to the storyline/design concept of MIB and will very happily continue work on the project. We now face a question, however- is the remaining Deus Ex fanbase enough to support putting significant time and effort into this mod? Do we continue with MIB using the original engine or pray for an SDK release with Deus Ex 3?

God, YES. Deus Ex remains one of my all time favorite games, regardless of all the flashy next-gen crap coming out now. I only wish more people were still modding for it! I'd be doing it myself if I had any clue how.
And who really knows what DX3 will be like? Looks interesting enough on it's own, but as a Deus Ex game...can't say at this point.
Humm.. I'd like to belive that this mod is still with us.. I'm not going to jump to conclusions that this is dead because i have yet to check the forums or website..
Is this mod dead?
yes and no.
I'd just like to say even though i haven't been a part of this project for a long time now, that it was a very smart idea to make this mod as a sequel to the original game. Even though you don't play as JC, you still get to find out what happens after the Original, or someones idea of what should happen after the original game - Something that I think Eidos should have thought of doing. Instead, they leaped into the future, now they are going back to before nano tech was invented. For some reason i get the impression that they don't know what they are doing, i really hope they don't screw up the 3rd Deus Ex. They say that they are going to make it more for the original fans, but again as i have read, they are still taking out the fundamental aspects of the game that people enjoyed to begin with, just like they did in the 2nd. Its actually frustrating when you see someone making the same mistakes again but you can't do anything to stop it because there's a sound proof wall between you and them and the glass is shatterproof, they can pretty much do whatever they want behind that glass. Someone has strapped you to the chair, and you must watch while the horror continues.
mib will be released in episodes? How do u know that?
no need to answer, i saw in the forums :P
It seems MiB will be released in episodes!
