EastWest is a multiplayer Western style Mod for Half-Life². The action takes place somewhere between Texas and Mexico, in 1886. EastWest will take you to various places such as dark mines, ghost towns, luxurious cities… Through this journey, you’ll be able to play with a dozen authentic weapons, and have fun with them !

Hey sons !
It is why we search in urgency a coder (talented or not) to help us finishing the mod. The work the mod needs isn't complicated, we just need to modify gameplay speed and fix a few trifles. Not to make an empty news, here's a real place-inspired map by Mozart and a modification of Deadly Dust & Hudson Ferry maps.

this game looks poop and too easy with CSS noises like the AWP and very buggy

Looks very fun.I've always wanted a western mod with fast reload time so it still could be instant action without running miles away each time we need to reload.Running away for a long slow reload fucking up the instant action and the fun gameplay in my opinion.Don't know how the end results will be on this mod but thumbs up :) Looking fun already
Digging the weapons, especially the animations, especially that over-under rifle. Will definitely keep my eye on this one. :)
FoF is way different then this people, Get that through your heads. The over all game play of FoF is really fun but much slower then this. By slower I mean more thoughtful while this is a run and gun style game.
Looks more action packed than FoF.

hmmm, look some like Fistful of Fras (FoF). Not saying it is or anything.
Ryell the dev for FoF was once the mapper for Wanted: Outlaws and Lawmen. He bailed over creative differences. I believe for some time EastWest and Wanted teamed up to bring Deadwood. Now that they (eastwest) have gotten a able coder work is now progressing. I love the western genre and will look forward to seeing the end result of this long road to beta. Good luck guys. Wow, definitely looks amazing. But the weapons look like they got no bump-maps, do they? Hope the gameplay will be as nice as it's implicated in the screens. Keep up the nice work! (tracking now)
