DC Cooperative is a Coop mod with a singleplayer storyline that can also be played in multiplayer with your friends. DC Coop has a wide variety of weapons, monsters and items, such as Parachute, Nightvision, and an Acid protection suit, and an Apache in which player can fly. Team work is required on some of the maps to get past them.
DC Coop also brings a deathmatch mode incase you have beaten all the maps and just want to fight against each other, or have a clan match. DC brings plenty of maps to play in multiplayer, each with a different mission or storyline.

Various new features are included

Today I’m happy to say, that hard work and an amazing amount of effort put into the mod DCCoop has finally paid off. Although some would say this is some other Co-Op knock off, I have to say its much more then some "knock off", something almost completely different then Co-Op all together. With more weapons, enemies and playing modes, I fail to see how this is a Co-Op knock off. That’s why I’m proud to announce the release of the first public final.Mappers of this mod will find loads of new entities to play around with, and loads of new features to test the effects of. To read about the mod, old news and new news, visit, www.moddb.com/mods/1718. The DCCoop site itself can be found at www.redfox-mod-studios.com/dccoop for the time being, with download links listed on the sites of both links. Inclosing, DCCoop is a fun mod to play by yourself, or with friends. Enjoy the mod!

Oh, I must have misunderstood that classes thing. So, it looks like DC would be Co-op/deathmatch, correct? By the way, the SC community is just bored because we're waiting for 3.0.

There are no classes to choose from in DCCooperative. There is a deathmatch mode though, just incase u want to fight against any other players. I am also working on vehicles ( like Counter-Strikes vehicles ) and flyable vehicles( in which mapper can use to create a plane or something to fly around, and can give mappers ideas, such as throwing nades or satchels from an airplane as it they were 'bombing' the ground from the air :) )
The flyable apaches don't lag, I have tested with 10 people in the air with apaches at once, and there were no problems or complaints about lag ( especially on my slow pc, I had to host server, imagine someone who has a quicker PC that mines, I dont think there would be lag at all )
DC Coop has alot of other stuff besides the vehicles, such as weapons, items, monsters, features, and other stuff. One of the things DCC has that will promote cooperation is the secondary medikit reviving dead players ( wastes half the ammo, and dead or 'wounded' players have a 5 second time limit to be revived within. until they can respawn. ) The weapons list is very long, and i dont think I really want to post it especially considering that I told Mad Jonesy that DC Coop had a minigun, and suddenly, it so happend they had made one as well.

Ah, very good. It's nice to see a mature response to my comment. Now that I think about it, your community isn't that bad as of late. You've obviously shaped up most of them. Very nice work. Anyway, the idea of riding an apache sounds very interesting to me. I may play this mod when it comes out just to see what it's like. I may not like classes too much but some of the ideas are pretty interesting. That leaves me with two questions.
1) Will there be support for custom or HD models?
2) What exactly happened to your forums? No one has posted there for a long time.
Since I see you will probably clean up the immaturity, I now no longer have any problem with this mod.

Well, the flaming of the svencoop forums was something of before, but we stopped doing that. I just deleted the posts from before because it was getting a bit crazy :-p. No I will not delete your post, Metallus Sonic, because I have no particular reason to do so. Also, i've seen some people complaining about the svencoop community, saying that the people dont care about anything or care about anything they do for them. I am sorry if any of my mod's team members acted immaturely.

Since you deleted my previous comment, I'd just like to say one last thing. I have nothing against the mod itself. Nothing! It's just the current community I'm worried about. I don't think mindlessly flaming SC will get you anywhere. I've heard the beta is excellent and I'll respect that. However, the way you are acting is completely immature. That is not as respectable. If you want people to like your mod, it not only needs to be good but it also needs to have a good community. Some members simply need to be a little more mature about their opinion and I'm sure people will respect your mod. This is not a flame. I'm just letting you know that the way you are acting is starting to tick off some people. I know this post will be deleted because you refuse to listen to me but I just had to get it out.
