If you've played Dow40k: FoK then there's not much we need to tell you Minor Summary - Bring squad sizes in line with codex but keeping them manageable with regard to pathing and such. - Bring weapon ranges, rates of fire, and damage inline with codex while keeping in mind this is an RTS here. - Bring unit HP, armour types, and movement rates in line with codex while, again, keeping in mind this is an RTS.

So judging by the textured and untextured meshes, I'm guessing instead of making a completely seperate model for the vindicator you made an addon mesh for the rhino?

yea, they work similar to wargears and upgrades, just change the fx etc so a lot of the time, you can save a bit of work if theres a similar vehicle or unit.

though new vehicles, like the defiler would obviously need to be done from scratch :D
