no they are in UA mod. What's not in their mod are the modified Teamcolour files for Angron and the Dreadknight
Haven't you seen Whiteshield's team colourable grey knights completely blue in some previous images?
His grey knights are part of the space marines and team colourable as such.
UA lacks team colour it doesn't add what can be considered too much :)

Great job dude, I don't know why UA can't use DoW II assets. I like your mod better keep adding more stuff and balance units.
can't see why they're having reservations in using DOW2 models. they already use some of them.
