Well, its been a fecking half year, no progress has been done until two days ago and well, about 25 new mods popped up since the hiatus began.

So why come back now? why not 3 months ago, or hell, why stop modding?
well school, then Skyrim, other assorted RPGs. Honestly i could have finished this over the summer, but my computer had some issues with making edits to XML that i didn't resolve until two days ago.

But the main reason i'm back is this:

pissing me off much

now, i have nothing against Packy21, but when i see RIPs going on, my eyes turn a particularly violent shade of crimson.

So that's why I'm back

Now onto the Things I've done over these few days:

Basically I added a few new units, and I'm making it so that every unit in game has some sort of special ability. Even if it is so mundane as "Hunt" or "Take Cover"

Also a little aside to my other mod Lost Hope (Moddb.com) I do actually think that it is a lost hope. At least for now.

I've Also amassed a large collection of music that i'll be using in the Mod. I Think i'll have to do some clearing and "soul searching" as in finding what direction the mod should take- Cartoon Violence with many easter eggs or serious Commanding game with no jokes.

-Mark IV Assault Droid does not show up and cannot be used (nothin there when dropped off by transport), but it takes up a pop point during skirmish. if enemy uses it, u can't win at the end since you cant get rid of it.

-Empire stormtrooper/clonetrooper mixed infantry squads don't move well because they are separated and one usually gets stuck.

-I got a random crash while playing as the CIS against the rebellion

-Crashed when loading space skirmish map as CIS.

Besides that, the mod looks good and has a lot of potential keep up the work!

also a suggestion, maybe you could make turbolasers automatically target air vehicls since a lot are employed for each team.

could be that the .rar file was corrupted during download causing the MK4 not to show up and the CIS to crash. But i do need to patch the Stormie/Clonetrooper squad.

I'm not very impressed with this mod. But that doesn't mean I don't have hope for it. So far, there isn't anything I haven't seen before. And the Empire and the Rebels share the same units, which wasn't a good idea. At least I feel that way. You need new kinds of units. And I'm willing to help you model some new ones if you wish.
