Warsmith has his own style - nobody comes close! I assure you that he is well respected & everything is factual & totally legit! Specualtion gets you nowhere! Be thankful you get to play this huge mod when Relic gave us a tiny portion to eat, er, um, play!
I am 100% sure that Relic is fine with it. Because there were already things like this done in Dawn of War 2 and presented on their own site. Like moving models from Chaos Rising to Retribution, in fact even sound files and such. So you really don't have to worry about that as long as you aren't making profit of it.

Koolest 'Nids around! Nice big powerful rifle guns for the 'Nids. Like to see one of the big 'Nid carrying 4 giant powerful machetes to whack their enemies (seen it from a WH40k box cover)! What of their skins? Did ya get a load of the new skin texturing for Tyranids in the latest ZMS mod for Dark Crusade? Big surprise there!
They used to have Tyranid Warriors and Hive Tyrants that carried 4 boneswords, if that's what you're talking about. Not sure if they still do.
Sounds like it was the Hive Tyrant & it was wearing some kind of crown. With four bone swords, it can take on an army of Eldar Banshees!
