Dark Era is a mod bases in the future, using the HL2 source engine. The year is 2089, a rift opens above America, and a spaceship plummets through. Civil war breaks out over the technology and the world is in terror. the EDF fight for the defence of the earth. 10 years later the EDF have failed. they were destroyed and an alien race called the Zah' Nee control the Earth.
