The real war mod changed name to Battle: New York
Works on crysis 2 1.1 1.2 and 1.9 versions

I am not using the sdk to create this mod because i use XP 32bit

What the mod changes
Ammunition - (changes bullet physics to as realistic as possible (mass, speed, penetration, damage).
Weapons - (Changes weapons to be more realistic magsize, firerate, accuracy). Weapons of ai do the same damage as players.(it will be more difficult)
Bodydamage - (simulated bulletproofvests and helmets) Shooting a soldier
in less armored parts will get him down faster while it will take a lot more shots to kill when shooting at the bulletproofvest.
Improved the ai made it fight more realisticaly crouch, increased vission and attack ranges, less shooting like crazy now they shoot more in controled bursts or single shots.
Changed some marine models added more parts made some heavy versions of them. Also this mod includes realistic environment destruction.

Also the damage absorbed depends on the vest itself will it be a light vest (for snipers), medium (for most cell and marine soldiers), or heavy (for cell specops and some marine soldiers that i have added).
Now for the more marines part
There will be from 1 to 3 more marines in firefights. Also there equipment will be more different.
In a squad of 5 -6 soldiers there will be 3 soldiers with scar weapons 1 machinegunner with mk60 and 2 soldiers with grendel weapons.

Now working on improving soldier movement.
They move to fast there isnt any feeling of equipment on them while soldier are more fit then normal citizens they can not move that fast as in game.
Mostly the sprinting speed is wrong.

And also in some missions like lights out there are 7 or more marines at your side. One on the wall with HMG and 7 if i am not wrong fighting along side you. but because they fall quickly from allien shots you wont see them all at once only if you kill the alliens fast for the marines to take cover and then they all together can hold on.

The problem that i talked about with the game when you continue or restart
the mission also the additional marines do not spawn after restart or game continue.
When i will have some more free time i will add more marines as an option.

I have noticed that when you die and restart the mission it does not work corectly anymore. (a lot of bugs appear).
When you replay the mission everything is ok but when you restart problems appear.
So i advise to play the game from a new start (and delete all saves from mydocuments)
And for someone the mod could not work from the start that also requires to delete all saves.
Because some code is left there and when you mod the game it does not match anymore thats why you have to delete all the saves.

If someone is curiuos here are the problems that i have spotted.
(AI path routs do not work properly. spawned soldiers weapons are on there back when they respawn they have there weapons in hands. Bad ai detection and react slowly).
Some sequences do not work.
I have tested the game with backedup original game files.
And the same problem is present.
Maybe because the game is extracted these problems exist.
So if you want to play the mission working properly do not die and replay or resume missions

I still cant find what is causing the problems.
So if you die during a missions quit and then replay the mission from the start do not resume or restart.

For example a concrete collum will not brake down and a car door fall of from 2 5.56 round shots. It will take a .50 cal now to do these kind of things.
And sorry i have missed a mission with the marines. The very first one when they find you. So that mission is unchanged and has no additional marines included. (will release it as an update).
Also i am planing to include hostile and friendly ai vehicles to more missions. (like add working armoredtransports for the marines to help them defend in larger battles like defending a landing zone.
