You wake up in a dark alley, not knowing anything. What has happened anyway? You struggle after the truth and answers. Answers you want to know in the darkness and fear, which makes your heartbeat race like violent blows against your head. Where do "they" come from? What has happened? Are you just turning insane? The time is up; you can't stay there reading your smses forever. It's time to head out and find the answers. Cry of Fear is a singleplayer modification of Half-Life 1 which brings you the horror you've always been afraid of. It's a total conversion of Half-Life 1, which means it uses NO half-life 1 content or other peoples' files. It's all made exclusively by the developers. It also uses new gaming styles that you will rarely find in Half-Life mods, such as advanced cutscenes and other stuff that will be revealed at a later date.

It's been a long time ago since we've been making big updates, so I thought it would be nice to make one now for you, so you know how the progress is going. So what can I say? Yes, we haven't worked much lately I can say, except for Wonrz! He has been working with this brilliant new character that we will reveal for you now.
Well the reason why we others haven't worked much is because we've been busy with our colleges, schools and IRL stuff. But once that is over (soon), then a lot of progress will be made!

I got the wrong idea when I first saw this paragraph. xP
I know what you're talking about ruMpel, school and other stuff is slowing the progress on my mod as well, so you guys have my sympathies.
I'm not saying that I would be able to find a voice actor personally, but it would help if you could describe some desired characteristics for the voice, such as accent, character etc. Obviously you don't want to give away too much character information, but a general feeling of the sort of person this character is might help your search.
Doesn't matter really. Just a voice that looks to fit her.
Ah it's that time of the year when all modders have to focus on real life (school with exams etc). I hope you get a lot done during summer but don't forget to go outside! A happy modder is a good modder.

I have a suggestion, why not make a survival horror game (in the same manner/theme like AoM and Cry of Fear) starring a female protagonist (who looks similar to this model above?)
That is a shit idea. Essentially, your idea is "Why not make a game?", which we are doing already.
If your saying that having a female protagonist in a survival horror game is a "shit idea" then I have to say that your sexist....(since having male protagonists are becoming a overused cliche now it would be nice to see something different once in a while you know...)
