Question actually: I noticed in 1.9 in the new systems there were no highlighted patrols when I switched to the patrol map. Will there be patrol maps in 2.0?

@neo507: in 2.0 have most of systems added patrol paths. ... and you can expect many nice surprises regarding Nav-map v 2.0 :).
Something I always though would be cool with the patrol map is that you could filter it by what factions are in the system instead of the normal hostile, friendly, neutral, filter that would be awesome.
