dunno for sure - but it's a ring from one of the gas giants. Must be Uranus as far as i know
Actually, all gas giants got rings. They are just too thin to be visible.

for the sol system ive taken the original ring schematics from the nasa
so eventhough it might only barely visible from earth it would look like this when you are there
