Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

Looks balanced
It doesn't make a big explosion if it gets destroyed. I detonated it in this video. If it gets detected, you wasted your money, because he won't survive the attack. Depends on the situation and the enemy. If you set up Sentry Droids in front of your base and have some units around to defend, Efreet has no chance of exploding in its full power.

For it being stereotypical (kind of religiously discriminative) if you assume that all terrorists or GLA are muslims and therefore speak arabic.
I will also like to suggest that you make better "Random System", because when you play e.g 3v3 there are up to 90% chance that two players will have the same nation (China Tank for exp.) that makes game boring...
You should put Random System like in Age of Empires, where you have 8 nations and 8 players max. so every player play with different one.
I respect what you guys are doing, and support it strongly!

I don't think that such thing can be done if it's involved with the game engine. It's hard-coded.
I have just noticed that problem and suggested it should be solved if possible, if not we will manage to play somehow :)
if they have a missile system will it not auto detect it?
Contra has different stealth detection. Patriots, Gatling Cannons, Tunnels, etc. don't detect stealth units anymore. You have to use Radar Vans, Sentry Droids and Listening Outposts most of the time. Mines can be disarmed by mine clearers. Workers and Dozers don't clear mines anymore. Also, there are also some special units, which detect stealth aircraft. These changes have effect to the gameplay.
I've gotta say, if that was my Efreet in the enemy base, I probably would've gone for the Airfield and the four Auroras.

Why don't you make a super unit which deploys free suicide units when deployed instead of a suicide unit itself?
It needs to rebuild many times unlike other super units.
We already have a similar "unit" - The Mad Mob. Same as the Angry Mob, but not with the usual rocks and molotovs. They run into the enemy and explode. They regain lost people like the normal Angry Mob.

This video was from an alpha version of Contra. Alpha and Beta versions contain unfinished stuff, things in progress and placeholders. It's normal.
