Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

Description
A new unit for Assault General. It's a vehicle for distant tunnel digging. Launches a rig which digs the ground and opens a tunnel. Requires Palace.

A little damage to units around the tunnel while in progress of deploying.
Is it able to fire at buildings? i guess no
I don't want to sound negative here but the drill looks like it's barely big enough to dig a tunnel for one person to fit through
its big enough for one person to fit through. a tank though....doupt it...doupt a bike could even fit...
maybe it could work as a bunker buster?
i like the idea but as orpheus says, it looks kinda small
Agree. I think this unit fits our Prince Kassard better than Deathstrike if it can only dig a tunnel. After all, Assult Gen is brutal enough to break in the front door.

This is an edited model of Luna (which is similar to Zero Hour's SCUD Launcher). Demolition and Toxin generals have access to Luna, Assault has access to Rig Launcher.

Currently, the Rig Launcher can only gain levels. Level 2 gives auto-repair as usual.

simple they are good at what they do
should probably make the drill explode after entrenching itself full height making the larger hole for tanks and such
Drilling has a good effect and the transition looks good already.
If it's only for distant tunneling purpose, I think the Rig Launcher doesn't have to be that big. If it can attack normally otherwise.
EPIC work
Seems the Assault General AI likes to use it as a Siege vehicle, shooting it at defenses if there's no Dozers in range, and even though unintentional it's effective with it spawning tunnels inside defenses causing them to fire upon the spawned tunnel usually destroying the defense tower in the process.
Weirdly enough trying to intercept the Rig's rockets with anti-missile units causes it still to burrow in mid-air.
