He is right this gun is no longer used by the Chinese they use the QBZ-95(Most of the time the average rifleman in the Chinese army has a scope on his rifle Same with every other conventional army) as their rifle and the QBB-95 as there LMG and the US no longer uses the M16A2 like you have there, the US Army strictly uses the M4 and the marines use M16a4's most of the time both guns have ACOG's on them and army uses M86 aim points.

The M16A2 model is still in use. The M4A1(key word)Carbine(/key word) is more common in the urban environment of Iraq because it is shorter, and fires the same round.

Very nice gun, how come everyone make the same looking gun and give it another name? The AK47 and Chinese Type 57 look almost exactly the same!

Boiled, that's because, if I remember correctly, post-WWII USSR and China were quite close friends and so the former gave the latter weapons - after all, the AK-47 was cheap to make, reliable and powerful, a good gift for an ally.

Good question! Because the Soviets didn't believe in intellectual property rights, China and other communist countries just copied AK-47. One distinguishing feature of the Type56 is a foldable stiletto bayonet permanently fixed beneath the barrel.

there is nothing more annoying than people telling you exactly which weapon is being replaced by which does it really matter?? seriously? as long as the gun was once...and recently i believe, used by the army its linked with then the developers are still making a modern war version correct? its not a doccumentry it never will be 100% accurate. all these models look gr8 guys keep it up!

This is great work! But instead of using "militia", what about making Mobile Infantry as the basic grunts, and Mech Infantry as the elites? Type95's are mostly used by front-line units and elite divisions. For second-rate units, many still use Type81, which had been the standard issue since the late 80s.

Chinese army infantry come in four grades - ranked top down: Mechanized, Mobile, Reserve, Militia.

Militia are just armed peasants, not even the equivalent of U.S. national guard.

These are just some suggestions. Keep up the good work!
