do you plan on getting voice actors in?
Who is gonna fund them? Then who is going to get all the sounds ingame?
short answer, no we won't.
You don't really need to fund them, I'm sure there's a lot of Americans with gruff deep voices and lots of people that can fake a chinese accent or read Chinese from a script or something. Or you could lift the sounds off a free ware strategy game like C&C 1.
Recording them isn't even the hard part...
I guess these guys think it is just 2 clicks to get thousands of voices into a game. also to script and mod everything. yah, LOL!
