Animation is a bit odd and random. :) Its cool though keep it that way, I just really dislike that model but I assume there are no proper alternative harvester models out there. Loved the arabic music by the way. ;)

I would suggest making the harvesting arm a little smaller, make it less jumpy and make that harvesting movement really slow. Then add some.. I donno, gas as it cuts into it and whatnot?
Btw, are you planning on using features from tiberian sun regarding tiberium spread? "a tiberium "pod" will send out "roots", which create more pods. Tiberium also spreads by infecting trees and mutating them into so-called "Blossom Trees", which seed the substance across large areas of land. Destroying a Harvester, Refinery, Cyborg, Tiberium Spike, or other Tiberium-containing unit or building can cause a small amount of tiberium to be released."
There's also tiberium wildlife, as specified in this wiki. Cnc.wikia.com
Please note that the CC4 Visceroids sucked. ;P
There's also multiple forgotten units that could be added.
Not trying to push extra work on you though, just pointing out things that would be cool.

Tiberium works same as ore in The Red Alert mod for RA3.
