Mod will bring back Tiberium war and some other stuff to Red Alert 3 engine! There will be possible to build GDI, NOD or SCRIN base build on water also there will be some amphibous.

Tiberium, according to cannon LOVES WATER, and spreads RIDICULOUSLY QUICK through it, you could have giant Tiberium Spires poking out to be harvested.

Yeah, in tib sun you always had these algae/lily pad like patches of green on the water. I guess that was tiberium.

I would say it would be somewhat akin to the giant crystals poking out of the water with smaller crystals coming from the ocean bed much in the same way that they are harvested on land, I would suspect that would be the way they would look seeing as Tiberium works by extracting minerals from the ground, and seeing as the Ocean bed would be full of minerals the Tiberium crystals would be much larger and much more prominent in water. Just going of the Lore that I've seemed to understand from the Tiberium World.
