The texture is very simple... the structure itself is very simple and it looks small...
the structer is small, but hey if you want to help just let it know.

it looks good, but kinda simple, well really simple, maybe add an attena or something to make it more appealing, be creative.

Honestly it does not really look like a Barracks of the TS GDI to me. Maybe because it really looks too simple for a building in 3d. Maybe add some details and make a better skin, then it would look great.
