Command & Conquer Tiberian History is a small mod that adds a few new units. The idea came about because I disliked some of the new units and structures in C&C 3 and longed for certain classic replacements. I consider this mod a 'museum', wherein I add a few historical pieces that I like into the C&C3 engine!
The Mod will be updated by adding a few units at a time (typically around 10 items).

The mod is a mixture of mostly EA & public models, has well has a few original models done by me.

New additions:


Harvester Ren: Essential equipment! (replaces TS harvester)
Medic TS: Heal your damaged troops!
Jackhammer Tib: Barbaric static defence with artillery range!
MLRS TD: A very useful artillery piece
Crystal Crush: A new resource denial support power!

GDI: History


Banshee TS: A remarkably versatile attack aircraft!
SSM TD: A monstrous long range surface-to-surface missile launcher

Nod: History


A pleasant mix of Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun tunes, including some pulsating action track mixes!

Known issues:

  • Same EA code bug, were anything which tints an object, will tint everything near the object.
  • The GDI Jackhammer sometimes has animation issues due to the way it was coded, this does not effect the weapons performance.


Please note that previous versions are not required. There is no need for you to remove existing versions.

  1. Make sure that C&C3; is updated to version 1.9!
  2. Unpack the file. 
  3. Inside the file will be a 'readme' file and a folder named 'TiberianHistory'. 
  4. Cut and paste the 'TiberianHistory' folder into your 'Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods' folder, which should be in the 'My documents' section of your computer (typically 'C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods').
  5. If you get an overwrite* warning click 'yes'.

These instructions assume that you have a Windows XP PC with administrator rights. Ask the community for help with other set-ups.

*This new version does not overwrite the previous C&C history mod file, due to it having a different file name (so you can play the old version if you prefer it!)

There is nothing wrong with Golan's Titan.
Essence is an exclusive mod.

Im not saying its bad but there are some minor animation bugs with this Titan, (ie: when in combat it will shake its leg which it does while idle) and in tib essence it looks more like the original titans.

Looks nice, one suggestion though, make the nod artillery chassie a bit longer and perhaps 2 side-supports while deploying and change the texture. The current model isn't bad but doesn't quite fit Nod.

It is slightly small, I'll scale it up.

It's an M110, it deploys support at it's rear before it fires.

Olive drab is one of the colours that I'll use for Nod, black is another colour, and in the future they'll be a couple of camo variants as well.
Tiberian sun started the 'we are Nod so everything must be black' theme (in terms of the FMV and also the promotional art). I've always preferred Tiberian Dawn.

No release date, although I'm aiming for before the end of April.
I don't like the Rail upgrade which is why I'd rather get rid of it.
They'll be a Mix-mod released that contains all the C&C3 units and upgrades intact, with my additions added on top. This sounds more like what your looking for, it'll be released not long after the 2nd release of this mod.
