The final Nod mission is nearing completion and the final three GDI missions have also been partially completed. Yes the ending cinematics will also be included. Progress has been slow with real life taking over lately but it will be done eventually. The remastered campaigns from the original C&C will finally be complete after 10 years of tedious work.

the white house would make most sense. you know, would it really change the world if the eiffel tower was wiped out?
The point was for the world in the blue zones to recognize the power of the Brotherhood, any of the landmarks is a befitting symbol.
It's just America don't have many landmarks older than the Whitehouse which would be effective.
