Well if so , it won`t be overpowered? Like a player attacks it and the miner quickly goes under ground...?

Miners are too dumb to be that smart. Also it only goes underground when returning. Otherwise it drives to the ore pit normally.

I mean PvP not vs AI ._. ... A good player knows how to avoid to lose them(If he watches them all the time)

It only goes underground when returning to the refinery. It's open to attacks otherwise.
