Hello there loyal fans! We know it's been months since CCU had a proper update and alot of things happened between those past few months;

So with that, instead of delaying it even further, here's our september 2015 update!

Due to changes in the doctrine that favour lighter armour and rapid deployment, the US army decided to put their existing heavy crusader tanks in reserved and, in turn, built a lighter, faster and more compact version of the tried and tested crusader tank.

Not only that, the secondary machine gun that used to be upgraded now comes by default.

- Armed with a rapid fire vulcan gun for anti-icbm and anti-personnel purposes; it also fires stinger missiles for anti-aircraft purposes. It's also partially more armoured than the G6 Avenger and can also transport three soldiers anywhere on the battlefield.

- Replaces the G6 Avenger.

The US army's favourite IFV with a twist; Armed with a 30mm auto-cannon for anti-personell use and has the capability to disable enemy vehicle targets.

Capable of transporting four infantry to drop them off anywhere on the map; Also passively armed with the "Disruptor Active Defense System", or 'DADS' in short, that targets enemy missiles and rockets to deflect them off to increase the survivabilty of the vehicle.

A fast and lightly armoured IFV based on the Bradley chassis, Armed with a losat missile system for anti-vehicle purpose;

Also armed with a coaxial light machine gun for anti-personell purposes.

inb4 that's an ADATS and not a LOSAT, we KNOW, we just choosed it for visual purposes.

I'm having the worst luck with this mod right now. I wanna play it so bad! but...both installers for 1.474 do not work :/.
The installer version says it has an error but there's three possible errors and it won't tell me which one.
The non-installer version says the readable part 'is not a valid Win32 application'.
Any help please?

This may or may not help with this. There is an image file in the root Generals ZH directory which is marked as read-only. If you uncheck the box that sets that, it should install properly. I know I had a problem with it when I was installing the mod.

Yeah, I checked it, I found a launch file that had the 'Read only' mark, and unchecked it. However, it turns out that after attempting to uninstall and reinstall ZH, I can't even play normal Zero Hour anymore. As our computer is 6 years old I'm going to replace it with a new one. Thanks for the heads up though. I'm going to look into that should I run into more issues.

Hmm, just a question. How long des it take for the average modder to model, skin and script a unit then implement it in the game. To add to it; the same question but with a map?

Depends. When I'm motivated, it takes me about a day or two of work to conceptualize, model, unwrap, texture and code a unit.

When I'm not motivated, it can stretch over weeks.

each person have his/her own speed of productivity. for example, one can make a decent skinned model in just fifteen minutes while another might need at least a day, a week, or so.
but sometimes a process need uncertain amount of time, like scripting/coding or balancing that need a lot of trial and errors.
anyway, even someone that good at something could be unproductive because of things like real life problems and lazyness.
