Please comment which texture looks better
1. - old texture based on blueprint (just color fill)
2. - new one based on 1. (used a lot of filters)

2nd is better
The 1st., but only because its grey :) When this one will have some more filters to make it more "realistic", than it will be definitely 1st. :)
Yeah, the filtered one would be epic as long as you manage to maintain the colour scheme throughout all jerry tanks (maybe lighten it up a bit)

2 is better but make the color is grey like the old one
if i will fill it on grey there will be no difference between 1st and 2nd;)
The second is more brown, probably using brown in the filters. Just use mix of white and black instead of brown :)
I use rust color, not brown
well its not a "new" tank... thats why i add some kind of weathering
The rust is good, but it would need to imply it is German, who have gray as their signature color. :)
