A new country has emerged, with high-tech weaponry. It seems that the people of this new country, has aquired DNA strings of famous people, dictators, presidents, and more people. According to intel, they have now considered cloning, and are building up the worlds army of dictators. Fight over land, in the sky, through the sea, all with new units, teams, and more, to eliminate this new threat. Liked the Overlord tanks before? See them now, General Kwai has fully upgraded his whole army, so now there will be enough to get you wiping the floor with anyone else! Did you think that it sucked in the original games, not being able to use the sea? We've got you covered. Each faction has their own personal navy, ready to bombard your mind with explosive and tactical power! Still not enough? Then have a look and see what else there is, now!

This mod is still in ALPHA testing, but we're sure to bring you many updates and announcements that you can use to decide if you want Obliteration™ or not...
