Description
Base design for a rotating piece of art in the City 25 Mall. This is probably not going to be the final version.
The base at the bottom distracts me. I almost expect a fountain. Other than that, I think the concept is interesting and unique. I hope you improve on it. The sculpture looks rather plain at the moment (I'm not assuming you're done with it).
yeah this was only a proof of concept/beta, as it says in the news update that moddb has yet to approve <_<, will still be improving it as time goes one.
