First let me throw out a disclaimer, the time-line may or may not be accurate. I was unable to find when Half-life 2 happened on wiki or through google, so please keep that in mind for the time line.
This is also not a finished document. I will likely be updating it fro time to time with new information. I have omitted a few things due to them being plot devices in the story, I will add these back in when we release the mod.
