On the floor and walls is lot of blood, obviously, not only yours. You need to find something to sew up the wounds, and then try to understand why this nightmare is going on...

Its not really a way people talk, it should be more vulgar or less formal...
like
"I'm bleeding all over the ******* place!"
or
"Damn it, I'm bleeding like a stuck pig...."
"Holy ****. I'm bleeding all over the place."
