Collaborate is an upcoming Half-Life 2 MP teamplay modification with NPCs.
There are 2 teams, Team Combine and Team Humans, with players divided in squads. Every squadleader is able to spawn & control NPCs, ammocrates, traps and more. Both teams will need to complete objectives to win the game. Work together, side by side, with NPCs & players to complete your objectives before your opponents do.

Are the Humans fighting to infiltrate a Combine base or are both teams are trying to outlast the other? Fight with all you have because you�re up against real opponents.

Well, it seems you didn't read. It's basicly HL2DM, only with objectives, teamplay and some players can spawn & control NPCs. And some extra cool stuff.. It has some elements from Battlefield 2. Fun heh?

We have a website now, where a message will be posted every week.

Anyway, uhm.. oh yes. We\\\'ve changed the concept of the mod. It was a bit vague and we wanted to something... more original. The new concept has some RTS-elements and encourages more teamplay.

The new deal: 2 teams. Team Combine and Team Humans. Each team has a commander and objectives to complete. Commander can spawn NPCs and control them. They can also spawn equipment, ammocrates and trigger traps around the map. Players can now join squads (and the squadleader will function as a spawnpoint) and the commander can give the squads orders.

This will make Collaborate different, encourage more teamwork and make the NPCs more fun!

BUT We need desperately modellers, animators and skinners!!! Team Humans will need more playermodels and equipment.

About the coding. Well, I can say that the code-merge with the new SDK is complete and I\\\'m working hard on the code for the new concept. I\\\'m also working on 2 new grenades. The smoke grenade and an implosion grenade. Yes, implosion! You can see it Dutchmega.nl
