They are described ingame as 'local Partisans'. They represent any form of geurilla freedom fighters who actively supported the Soviets during the war, whether they are Jewish, Russian or Yugoslavian.

Thats right my country was in Yugoslavia nice contry good lider (Tito). But Serbia was the contry what wanted all the power they didnt let my country separate from Yugoslavia after Titos death. And our soldiers where the partisans not all of them were villagers. Actully most of them were villagers they used gerrila tatcis but soldier partizans were hell to the German army.

There are no other partinsans in Yugoslavia. What your talking about is Serbian Cetnic's led by Draza Mihajlovic. They were ther to create Big/Great Serbia. They were abouth to do it than, and they still desire it now. They were loyal to the king? lol... your king run away in London before germans.. and your Mighty Yugoslavia led by your king fall apart in 4 day's. LOL! And in the end of the war, when your mighty cetnic's were abouth to get killed they wanted to join forces with germans... so dont speak of them as like heroes.. more like murderers (FOČA- killed few hundred's muslims)!!
They should all have random items, weapons, and equipment. Much like real partisans would, and every time you purchase a unit it should be different. The ability to upgrade their weaponry should be an option too.
