Last time I saw a Brummbär it was busy crushing the IDF and GOI in the middle east and enforcing the U.N's rule, this must have been the prototype. (Mid east crisis 2 anyone?):D

I know this is an crazy idea but any chance you could add the "Bär" SPG xD? Like you are adding the Maus etc but the Bär would be some sort of crazy reward :P

Info: In early May of 1942, a new design of Sturmpanzer, the Bär (Bear) was proposed. On March 4th of 1943, Krupp proposed development of new Sturmgeschütz armed with 305mm L/16 mortar and first drawings were ready in May. It was to be armed with a 305mm gun mounted in the superstructure, based on the modified chassis of the then new Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger (Tiger I) heavy tank utilized some Panther components with new suspension developed by Krupp. The new vehicle was to weight 120 tons.

This new Sturmpanzer was to be powered by a 12-cylinder Maybach HL 230 P 30 engine producing 700hp. This would have allowed the vehicle to travel at a maximum speed of approximately 20km/h [12 mph]. Bär was to be armed with a rigidly-mounted 305mm KwK L/16 gun installed in an armored superstructure in the back of the hull. The main gun could only be elevated from 0 to 70 degrees and had a range of 10,500 meters [11,400 yards]. Each 305mm round weighed 350kg [770 pounds] and carried a 50kg [110 pound] charge. The interior storage space allowed for only 10 rounds.

Bär was to be 8.2 meters [26.7 feet] long, 4.1 meters [13.65 feet] wide and 3.5 meters [11.4 feet] high. Armor was sloped and protection ranged from 80mm on the sides to 130mm at the front. Sturmpanzer Bär was to be operated by a crew of six - commander, gunner, two loaders, driver and radio-operator. The project never left the drawing board, but was a step in the development of the Sturmtiger. Achtungpanzer.com

Majhost.com This is the template for unit suggestions straight from their forum, if it fits all the categories, then they might add it. The thread itself: Easternfront.org

@βéϯд
We are not adding the Maus to MP. Maus will be only used in our campaigns ;).

I think the mod 1949 is the one that might be interested in this model :).

You guys sure that you don't want the Maus as a reward unit for the King Tiger of the Ostheer or the srongest tank or something along those lines...? People keep asking that for a reason.. I don't see any balance problem if you would at it as a reward.. But keep going guys, you just keep getting better and better :D!!!

@warhammerchaosgod
Even if we consider such thing, germans already have too much heavy tanks and they don't need a new one.

Its this over fascination with "Bigger is better", It has no adequate defense against infantry. NO it doesn't, the maus' turret when turned perpendicluar to the hull's facing leaves a large gap for an entire squad to hide under and attach explosives. Not to mention the Blistering Speed of 13KPH(8 miles an Hour), about as fast as the average running speed of an average male, meaning infantry can easily dodge the tanks movements. And to top it off, It would be the largest target on the battle field, If I had Artillery Support and/or Aircraft, that would be its target, removing the threat as soon as possible whilst removing my faster more mobile tanks from its reach.

Seriously, the Maus is a piece of Shite. When the release the Campaign, I don't think the Maus would be very useful if all my tanks can out move its turret traverse speed.

/end rant

We'll see which units will get a custom voice. Probably the ones which are used the most because it's a hell lot of work.

Description

Greetings, we have been busy so we are still pending to finish the second & third video for Ostheer; so we decided to post some models we have finished.

One of the tanks that belongs to the Ostheer Panzer Kampf Kommand, our Sturmpanzer IV represents the early model used in the war. Model made by BurroDiablo, animations by Walki.
