Chaos Legions - 9 Original Traitor Legions and Renegades
Space Marines - Remaining 6 First Founding Legions, and 3 Second Founding Legions
Eldar - 6 most famous Craftworlds
Orks - The 6 major Clans
New units and characters for all the original races.


Installation Instructions:

1. Download both parts 1, 2, and 3 of the Codex Base Code.
2. Extract all 3 parts to your SS directory (see tutorial - Moddb.com).
3. Download and extract Codex 3.6 to your Soulstorm directory.

4. Select “Dawn of War: Codex (3.6)” from the Game Manager.

There is a combiner module file for using in conjunction with the Tyranids (vs 0.51b) and the Black Templars (beta 5) mods included in the extracted folder,
but you will NEED these 2 great mods installed separately.

NOTE: The new races are not the same as other independently released versions, just to avoid confusion. These are the Codex versions, developed separately.

Volunteers please PM me, or comment below. Only looking for a small team to keep focus on the work that's being done.

It might not appear like it, but there has been a lot done behind the scenes in the few weeks since 3.6 came out..............

Just as a small suggestion but for the grey knights you could use assets from the inquisition daemon hunt mod. They have some awsome greyknight stuff in it ( especialy the teleporter/defense structure ) and alot of cool inquisition stuff as well. Btw awsome job so far, though this mod is getting bigger than the game itself :P.

Thanks dude, but not going to take anything from IDH (not opening that can of worms again). Also trying to keep the Inquisition stuff to what's in the current GK codex. Specifically didn't what to re-create IDH, their work is good, just do current codex.

True, but you need more GK buildings and with some texturing some of those could be good. Your choice anyway. Just out of curiosity, will you do the new Necrons according to the codex additions ( all that new stuff make's them even more delicious :P )?

Yeah, apart from the chnages in the rules (which not really anything to affect DOW), they main changes of interest was fortifications, the allies system, the pyschic powers sets, fliers being big, and some for the new battle missions.
Haveing a closer read of them to see what could be done....

3.2 is very, very good, slightly better than 3.1/3.0 and I play it every now and again to see the new stuff. The mod is that interesting and you did well on it. Keep it up you are at a very great start!

You know you want to finish UA, so you can sit back and appreciate it afterwards. ;)
Few more different things for 3.3 planned, more fluid attacks, deep drops, allies for some races, game options, and as much new arts and crafts as possible.....
Anything I need, oh, erm, a dreadknight? New Necron stuff? 28 hours in the day! LOL!
