Installation Instructions:
1. Delete the codex folder and the code.module file in your Soulstorm directory.
2. Download both parts 1 and 2 of the Codex Base Code.
3. Extract both parts to your SS directory.
4. Download and extract Codex 3.5 to your Soulstorm directory.
5. Select “Dawn of War: Codex (3.5)” from the Game Manager.
There is a combiner module file for using in conjunction with the Tyranids (vs 0.51b) and the Black Templars (beta 5) mods included in the extracted folder,
but you will NEED these 2 great mods installed separately.

NOTE: The new races are not the same as other independently released versions, just to avoid confusion. These are the Codex versions, developed separately.

Hey everyone,
Just thought everyone deserved to know what's going on with the mod, since we've been rather quiet lately.
Unfortunately, about a month or two back, boothy had an accident, hence his inactiveness. Fortunately, he's made good recovery, and will return to work when ready. This should be relatively soon, but nothing is guaranteed.
Furthermore, deathwatch, our texturer, is having real life issues (the bane of modders). Therefore, we're unsure as to when he'll be back, but we doubt it will be any time soon.
Thanks very much of the continued suggestions (we'll get to work on them ASAP) and patience,

I dl the Steel Legions from Filefront for DoWDC but where is the version & link for Shitstorm, er, um - Soulstorm?
boothy =D are u will add the other regiments for IG ?_? =D and allianceship for the tau ?_? XD
Read my post further down the page ;) Plus when I say "From what i've heard" I actually mean i've talked to him and it's probably a no (same with Tau, he hates Tau) :P
Not tell every one I hate Tau ;).
Love the Tau, they are going to be the saviours of the Imperium, and the best mates of the Space Marines (and the Inquisition)
But at the fall of mankind,there will be enemy and they will maraud the millon of the mans. =I =P =D XD
Afer testing I have 2 bugs to report and a few suggestions:
A bunch of pink icons and units always freeze when using doombolt ability.
I would suggest to add the rest of the which hunter models and replace the vanilla sisters; Replace the Gray knights buildings with the ones from the Demon Hunters and Which Hunters mod and add the units from the Demon Hunters mod; To replace the old custom stompa with the new and add the bomb squig ability to the tank bustas.

ok, for the icons, I'd just need to know where? There's a section in the forums tab for bugs, so that would be cool there.
Future plans, er dunno yet, near future, just improving and tidying up the races already in, maybe new units, new tech gameplay things....
I'm not going to be taking building and units out of DH or WH I'm afraid. DH is an active soulstorm mod, and the knights where done to match current codex, and not really infringe on what the DH mod had tried to do.
Er, lets keep away from the whole Witch Hunters bit, and replacing sisters with them. Lots of reasons why not on that.

This mod is the best and my favourite. Mr Boothy_p, what do you think about another version of this mod with new regiments of Imperial Guard?
From what i've heard he's staying with the races that are in at the moment; a new imperial guard regiment would require much work, plus, except for Catachans, they're all relitivally similar to either Steel Legion (which you can download and add) or Cadians.
would love to dude, but don't have them, access to them, or ability to contact the creator. But anyone who could help..
And before anyone says, DP doesn't have them all in ;)
