Chaos Legions - 9 Original Traitor Legions and Renegades

Orks - The 6 major Clans
New units and characters for all the original races.


Installation Instructions:

1. Download both parts 1, 2, and 3 of the Codex Base Code.
2. Extract all 3 parts to your SS directory (see tutorial - Moddb.com).
3. Download and extract Codex 3.7 to your Soulstorm directory.
4. Select “Dawn of War: Codex (3.7)” from the Game Manager.

There is a combiner module file for using in conjunction with the Tyranids (vs 0.51b) and the Black Templars (beta 5) mods included in the extracted folder,
but you will NEED these 2 great mods installed separately.


NOTE: The new races are not the same as other independently released versions, just to avoid confusion. These are the Codex versions, developed separately.

So 3.7 if now officially released, adding Harlequin allies to both the Eldar and the Dark Eldar.

So, it's a good time to thank fuggles2k and the original Dance Macabre team for their work, and if it peeks your interest, you can try the full race mod here:

Next, 3.8, and the stupid blue squids (Sorry, Tau) get a little attention, Ad Mech get some allies, and some other gumf................

I'm always a little saddened when someone says the Tau were made or influenced by someone. Because a new race can't cut out a piece of the galaxy on their own, no sir.

The Zerg and Tyranids are both the Xenomorphs and the Starship Trooper Bugs combined, in case you actually wanted to know.

Both drew inspiration from classic science fiction and fantasy. To say one drew from the other implies either is the least bit original.

Protoss would win. Zealots wreck **** up.

I never considered the Starship Trooper bugs... A Hive Tyrant squeezing out a few hundred zerglings, Hollywood used the idea of inter species mixing and has box office success!

As for this troll, well I like to think I embrace the "Greater Good" too and I apologise for denying the Tau of their own roots.

These gadgets control Tyranids that come into the range of any battle - Necrons version has Nids as allies & fight among themselves (Necrons dont take prisoners in the end)...Tau version more refined with Nids under total control as allies with a time limit. Just a unique suggestion.
