CnC: Final War is a semi-total conversion for Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge that retells the Second Great War between Allied forces located mostly in Europe and the massive Soviet Empire, that has expanded well across the eastern continent.
The commanders of the Eastern Empire often enjoy the notion of tank hordes pressing down on enemy bases, drowning your opponents in the proof of might from industrial domination. However, due to the advanced nature of the peacekeeping forces from the European Coalition and spy reports of new weapons, the Eastern Empire architects knew they would need more than sheer firepower to overcome the new weaponry. Enter the Mobile Armory. Mobile Armories are equipped with powerful repair kits, allowing them to repair any nearby friendly vehicles. Mobile Armories may also deploy, which allows them to unpack their most advanced propaganda effects, increasing the nearby firepower of all friendly units. Mobile Armory buffs do not stack with each other, and have no weapons in which to defend themselves.
