Red Zone Europe plays about 35 years into the future. It's a total conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberian Wars, intending to create a relatively Realistic gameplay, combined with several "sci-fi" parts. Be careful about your tanks, one or two ATGM from behind will kill them!
This would be a special tank, delivered via special power.
It's armed with a single LIPAC (Laser Induced PlAsma Channel) Weapon.
LIPACs, although being called LIPCWs, are actually real, or at least, very possible. People who have used the Arc Projector in ME2 know what I mean.
So basicly it uses a laser to iozine targets and a lightning to chain strike them ?
It uses a laser to create a 'channel' of ionised air, then fires a lighting bolt through that channel.
so it like laser guided bomb or right, but the difference only its firing the lightning bolts with laser guidance
laser guided and laser channel are 2 totally diffrent things
Well, he is right: The lighting bolt hits where the laser points.
Sweeeet! I love the Abrams, so I would have been somewhat disappointed if it didnt make an appearance of some sort.
Umm, the armor on the top I believe is more sloped on the modern Abrams. Knowing you tho, it's either right, slightly wrong, or is the "new Abrams" :D
well, on this one I tried to be as accurate to the blueprint as possible :P
not to be critical of anything, but the actual model is a bit low quality, I mean the gun is great, but there is quite a lack of details on the turret and chassis, though I'm guessing they'll be added via textures
Very beatifull tank...
But, i think that an abrams tank is quite strange for a mod called "Red zone europe"...
You know, one of the two factions is based on north america, one on Europe/west-asia.
