sorry not quite sure where to put this.the tooltip on the mutants says they lower the moral of allied units but what exactly does this mean? is this a drop in firepower, health or something else? does this aura effect other mutant squads? does it effect units garrisoned with them? |

It was a debuff in rate of fire. However, it is going to be removed in the next version. |
