"Base Rape tiem!"
This mighty huge assault vehicle for the US Army Laser General is a heavily armored and slow assault vehicle consisting of merely just two things. A huge particle weapon firing a steady beam melting everything in its path and lots of armor.
The drawback is the slow movement and it's massive size making it an easy target for bombs and the lack of a turret so the whole vehicle has to move itself when switching to another target. Nonetheless this is a fearsome enemy on the battlefield featuring the best technology in mobile particle and laser weaponry.
So what does this replace or is it a complete new unit for my old friend Pinpoint Townes

This is laser general artillery. Only in this case it functions in the exact opposite of how standard arty works.
It definitely needs to be rebalanced in the final release - right now it's comically overpowered.
Destroys a command center in 3 shots, base defenses in 1 shot - and has as much HP as at least 2-3 command centers. Absurd.
tiem? Don't you mean time? Does the dozer blades in the front serve a purpose, like clearing mines?

Current version is ridiculously overpowered and ruins Townes. Can destroy an Overlord or Patriot in 1 shot, destroys a Command Center in 2 shots, and has HP equal to at least 2 or 3 Command Centers combined.
Doesn't matter if it's slow because you'd need at least 20 Bomb trucks with HE bombs, or 40-50 terrorists to kill it. You could probably take on 5 of the Super Units in Contra all at once with this and still win, and that's not a good thing.
Somehow this reminded me of Wave Force Artillery.
