That's a new tank?
Yes. It has a chassis and hull of Porsche's Tiger (or Ferdinand TD). But the turret more represents a Panzer IV, Panther and partially T-34. There is a possibility it is in fact Porsche Tiger, because around this time in World of Tanks Porsche Tiger will appear.
