It is a scaling issue on the parachute nuke - the model in this video is way too big!
It has since been fixed, and the bomb is now roughly the size of the Daisy Cutter.

Of course NATO have nukes! Just like in real life.
NATO's Tactical Nuke (shown in this video) is much smaller than the Soviet Nuke though, and is a Support Power rather than a superweapon.
The victory music its on castle crashers were it came from no idea. Also i like how your always killing the comp with only support powers, reminds me of generals were that was also possible . . .
